Kronos roll out (5.6)

The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer directed the phased roll-out of Kronos, a time management payroll system across 11 Student Life units. The team facilitated this change from paper timesheets and created tailored onboarding processes designed specifically for Student Life units, leading to a vastly improved user experience for Work Study students, casual employees and their supervisors.  

The Kronos system not only reduces the time spent on data entry but also mitigates potential errors in financial accounts and hourly rates, pre-assigning crucial information. This strategic initiative streamlines payroll administration which signifies a dedication to identifying and implementing process improvements that elevate effectiveness, efficiency and governance, ultimately freeing up valuable Student Life resources.
