Student Engagement launched an annual Program Design Institute to give staff protected time to engage in professional development around program design. This is now embedded in the annual planning process
Over three days, this initiative explored program design directly related to the Student Engagement Curriculum Framework. Staff members were given time to dig into the data they had about their audiences and work with backwards design to continually improve their offerings.
