The Student Life PD Curriculum Working Group created a competency framework, and has plans to develop an inventory and curriculum of professional development for staff across the Division. This will help us invest in the professional development and well-being of our staff, with a commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility, and Indigenous partnerships, relationships and knowledges.
