The University of Toronto’s University-Mandated Leave of Absence Policy (UMLAP) is currently undergoing its third-year review. The review includes student consultation through online feedback as well as virtual townhall meetings. In order to ensure that student voices are further included and consulted on this policy, the Innovation Hub will be leading a series of student-led feedback sessions to support the UMLAP Review committee gain an understanding of how students perceive the policy. The feedback sessions will contribute to the student consultation portion of the review and not for research purposes.
