Share Your Experiences With Classroom Accommodations

Call for Participants

In summer 2021, the Innovation Hub partnered with Accessibility Services to gain a better understanding of student experiences with classroom accommodations, including assignments, classroom evaluations, and others. The goals of this first phase were to gather stories of navigating the accommodations process and with accessibility in the classroom. Additionally, the initiative had a focus on working towards enhancing the universal design of learning at the University.

For fall-winter 2021-22, the Innovation Hub and Accessibility Services will partner for a second phase of the project to build on previously shared student experiences and learn more. We would like to invite you to join us for student-led design thinking sessions. In these sessions, we will share back what we learned and gather your feedback on how this resonates and anything else you would like to share about building accessibility in the classroom.
