THE INTERVIEW
What it is
The interview is our team’s chance to spend more time with you and get to know you better. Our interviews range from 30-60 minutes in length and can be virtual or in-person, depending on the role. If you are invited to an interview, you will be advised of the names and titles of the interviewer(s) and these people can be members of our team, including staff and, sometimes, current student employees. The interview is your opportunity to dive deeper into your experiences, discuss the role in detail, and explore how you'd contribute to specific projects. We'll ask behavioral and situational questions to understand how you work, and you'll have plenty of time to ask us questions too. Copies of the questions are provided during the interview for your reference.
What we’re looking for
During the interview, our main goal is to get to know you better. We want to hear about your past work experiences, but also understand your work style and learning goals. We’ll ask questions to see how you've navigated past challenges, worked in teams, and grown from your experiences. We're looking for people who can think critically, collaborate effectively, embrace feedback, and lean into the mindset of a changemaker.
