While our windows for recruiting project partners for the F/W 2018-19 year has officially closed, we always welcome groups interested in collaborating with the Innovation Hub to reach out to us with questions.
The Innovation Hub wants to support your project! Situated within he Division of Student Life, we are a student-led initiative that collaborates with partners in the UofT community to support the development of innovative strategies for improving the student experience. Our five domains of innovation encompass our scope, and we welcome submissions from student/staff/faculty groups looking to explore a question or challenge that reflects one of these themes.
Would your project benefit from new insights into student perspectives? We invite you to review the proposal guidelines and submit your project idea. We’ll build on your existing resources and give you student expertise, multi-pronged support with creating a research strategy, collecting and analyzing data from students, generating insights based on the data, providing design criteria, and developing ideas and prototypes. Projects launch in the fall and outcomes will be shared in early winter. The Innovation Hub has some capacity to take on smaller projects throughout the year. With methodologies that draw upon design thinking, integrative thinking, ethnographic practices, and empathy-based research, we are passionate about connecting with the U of T community and providing opportunities for growth and collaboration that results in meaningful solutions. We encourage your group to consider this exciting opportunity to build your project in partnership with the Innovation Hub.
Selection criteria is also based on the Innovation Hub capacity, and project alignment with both university priorities and Innovation Hub values.
Thank you for your interest in collaborating with the Innovation Hub. We look forward to reviewing your submission.
