Call for Participants
Join our sessions to explore recommendations from the community regarding the role of Campus Safety Services including recommendations around possible alternative models to better support students in mental health crises.
The University of Toronto is currently reviewing the role of Campus Safety Services in student mental health crises in furtherance of its commitment to mental health, wellbeing, inclusion, and intellectual development. For this project, the Innovation Hub is partnering with the Review Committee in supporting its engagement with students to explore recommendations from the community regarding the role of Campus Safety Services including recommendations around possible alternative models to better support students in mental health crises. The Innovation Hub will run student-led dialogue-based brainstorming sessions to gather input on recommendations about new University approaches.
All students, both undergraduate and graduate, both undergraduate and graduate, full-time or part-time, and from all three campuses are encouraged to participate. You are invited to contribute thoughts online and/or opt-in for one of our virtual dialogue-based sessions. Those participating in the virtual sessions will receive a $10 gift card as a thank you.
The deadline for signing up for sessions is September 21st, 2021.
