Whether you’re an athlete or just someone needs an excuse to get out of the library and move, U of T offers a variety of ways to stay fit. Start by visiting either the Hart House Gym, or the Athletic Centre for their (free-for-students) gym facilities. If you’re looking for more creative ways to get fit, Hart House offers an array of athletic and wellness classes, and the Athletic Centre hosts daily drop-in fitness classes. Also look into U of T Intramurals to find out if there’s a team that interests you.
