Throughout the week, I took small breaks from my schoolwork to focus on myself and I wanted to share my experience in this blog post!

Monday:

Mondays are normally my most productive days because I like getting most of my work done early on in the week. But for today, I just did some of my readings and made notes for them and then called it a day! I then spent the rest of the day doing absolutely nothing (I mean it). I made a cup of coffee and just sat in my backyard while listening to some music. It was really great because I was able to truly relax and take my mind off of things and just enjoy the beautiful weather.

Enjoying the beautiful weather!

Tuesday:

I work part-time on Tuesdays and Fridays and I normally do some schoolwork after returning from work at 6:00 pm, but I let myself relax and instead, I did some painting with my sister.

Wednesday:

On Wednesday, I woke up early to do some morning meditation—something I really enjoy, but never seem to have the time to do.
