(Approximately three hours a week, all together.)\r\n\r\n<strong>How I manage: <\/strong>\u201cIt\u2019s more of a routine. Volleyball is a [fixed] commitment. And [I go to the} gym whenever I\u2019m free. If I make a commitment to something like the volleyball intramural team I will go every time \u2018cause I enjoy it. Dancing and taekwondo are like my break between studying. Honestly, an hour per day commitment isn\u2019t a lot.\u201d\r\n\r\n<strong>Why I like it: <\/strong>\u201cI do them because I love dancing and have always wanted to learn taekwondo. I like dancing and taekwondo because they allow me to move my body, and moving makes me happy.\u201d\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.studentlife.utoronto.ca\/lifeatuoft\/files\/2019\/11\/Rachel-for-MoveU.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-39883 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.studentlife.utoronto.ca\/lifeatuoft\/files\/2019\/11\/Rachel-for-MoveU-245x300.jpg\" alt=\"Girl grins in a park while holding a book. I work out at home sometimes too, like push-ups and crunches- but [not as often], maybe one or two times a week.\u201d\r\n\r\n<strong>How I manage: <\/strong>I asked Rachel if it\u2019d been harder to stick to her routine after coming to university, and she said, \u201cNo, it\u2019s actually been easier for me, personally. It gives me a reason to take a break.\u201d She added that she\u2019d had to force herself to do it initially, but that now she enjoyed it more: \u201cIt\u2019s hard to change up your patterns for sure. But it\u2019s been worth it, I think.\u201d\r\n\r\n<strong>Why I like it: <\/strong>\u201cI think I like that it makes me feel productive, mostly.\u201d\r\n\r\nMe: \u201cDo you mean like you have more control over stuff?\u201d\r\n\r\nRachel: \u201cYeah, I think so!\u201d\r\n\r\nMe: \u201cHas there been a time when it\u2019s challenging to find time to exercise?\u201d\r\n\r\nRachel: \u201cYeah.
