We start singing the alphabet, maybe even the days of the week. I still remember some of the many songs about verb conjugations I learned in French class. And many will recall the days of Schoolhouse Rock.\r\n\r\nBut who knew that there are educational songs for those of us older than 10?\r\n\r\nI didn\u2019t know this was a thing, until someone in a class Facebook group posted a video rap battle, if you will, between two competing economic theorists.\r\n\r\nAnd so my quest for more musical and educational gems began.\r\n\r\nI had strict, albeit subjective, guidelines:\r\n
    \r\n\t
  1. Songs had to explain a concept, not just say how awesome their particular subject was.<\/li>\r\n\t
  2. They had to be well-sung or well-rapped.<\/li>\r\n\t
  3. They had to be clever or particularly well-written. Bonus points went to humour.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nHere are my findings. Some of these definitely are meant for a younger audience, but review never hurts, right?\r\n

    Economics<\/h2>\r\nThis was what started my quest. I\u2019m still so impressed with it. Trust me, you\u2019ll have it stuck in your head all day.\r\n\u201cWe\u2019ve been going back and forth for a century.\u201d\r\n\u201cI want to steer markets\u201d\r\n\u201cI want them set free!\"\r\n\r\n
