I wanted to show you what I keep in my kitchen as a student. What I stock up on in my fridge is decided in part by my student budget and in part by the beginner-friendly recipes that I stumble across on any given week. Not sure where to start? I like reading Alison Roman’s substack for easy recipes—her pantry pasta (includes an instructional video) is among my favorites.
