Another Successful Year for the FCO Library with Exciting New Books Added!

What a wonderful academic year it has been at the FCO Library! It has been such a pleasure to be a part of the Family Care Office team and to manage the library’s collection.

Throughout the year, many changes and updates have been made to our library services to help meet your needs as new parents and caregivers! The layout of our LibGuide, the library’s online book and resource list, has been revised for easier navigation and resource allocation. In addition, our LibGuide now features rolling galleries of new, popular, and highly recognized books to keep you informed about bestsellers and guide your reading endeavors.

Aside from our LibGuide, you can stay up to date about the library’s collection and other library news by continuing to visit the Family Care Office’s blog Intersections, where you’ll find recent reviews of recommended books and announcements about new book arrivals!

In addition to this, we have been creating a new TipSheet for expectant parents that will soon be released, which highlights recommended books that every soon-to-be parent should read.

Finally, all of us at the Family Care Office are very excited, as this year our collection experienced a significant transformation. We are pleased to say that since last September, we have added over 90 new books to our collection, all of which have been published in the last few years.
