Join the Community Connections Team at the iHub: Fall 2025 Information Session
Are you curious about how you can contribute to the UofT community as a student? Are you interested in volunteering for the Innovation Hub during the Fall 2025 term?
On September 18, 2025 from 12PM - 1PM, we hosted a special event via Zoom, sharing all about what it’s like to be a student volunteer at the Innovation Hub! Volunteer Opportunities
The Community Connections Team is at the heart of creating a community across our large and multidisciplinary team of student staff, consisting of dynamic, creative, and passionate students!
This is a co-curricular learning opportunity with co-curricular record recognition, where you will get to help plan and execute events for the the U of T student community! The program follows the Innovation Hub’s strength-based approach, helping you to develop your skills and experience while volunteering as a member of the Community Connections Team.
What You'll Get to Do
- Support event planning & facilitation of various events, including social events, Innovation Hours with students, staff and faculty, iHub team events, and more!
- Create engagement opportunities at the Innovation Hub for the U of T community.
- Receive 1:1 strengths-based coaching with our Community Coordinator to help you meet your goals and build upon your strengths.
Your Commitment:
- Volunteer for two hours per week for two months starting in October during one of the following weekly time slots that works for your schedule:
- Mondays 10AM - 12PM
- Tuesdays 1PM - 3PM
- Wednesdays 2PM - 4PM
- Fridays 2PM -4PM
- Complete the program to earn CCR recognition.
