Five training and capacity-building webinars were developed and facilitated in 2021-22, which were attended by 50 tri-campus residence staff (30 unique visitors, with 20 attending more than one).
ServiceNow was launched in May 2021, resulting in more efficient management of access and technical support requests from more than 600 StarRez users across the three campuses.
