Students suggested that physical and virtual spaces should be more welcoming and inclusive for students, so a working group has been created to include all front line and reception staff for the Division of Student Life. The group meets monthly and its goal is to share best practices and ensure students are welcomed and receiving the services or referrals they need when accessing any physical or virtual reception.
