The Global Learning Case Competition invited students to find ways to increase accessible and innovative educational mobility opportunities for Canadian post-secondary students. Over a 36-hour period, students from national and international universities worked in teams to conceptualize and present a career-relevant and cost-effective university global learning program.
The criteria for evaluating proposals included:
- increasing accessibility for underrepresented student populations
- having clear links to personal and professional success
- having solutions that can thrive and pivot during times of crisis
- creativity and innovation
- feasibility
Students joined and participated virtually from U of T, University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, University of Ottawa, University of Amsterdam and Tec de Monterrey University.
