Your Co-Curricular Record<\/strong> is like your secret sauce for job applications, internships, and grad school. It\u2019s an official university document that highlights everything you do outside the classroom\u2014leadership, volunteering and skill-building, all verified by U of T staff and faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My reaction to getting my first CCR validation<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Here's how you can get your first CCR validation this summer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Enroll in the Orientation Starter Pack Workflow: Log in to Folio<\/strong><\/a> with your UTORid or JOINid<\/strong>, and join the Orientation Starter Pack workflow. That\u2019s your official start!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Attend one Learning Strategy Workshop: Go to one session from the Centre for Learning Strategy Support<\/strong>. These are listed under \u201cBuild Academic Skills\u201d in the Prep<\/strong> Guide<\/strong><\/a>. Not only will you pick up tips to thrive at U of T, but it also counts toward your CCR!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Join two CCR-tagged events or workshops: Check the Prep Guide for events with the \u2018CCR\u2019 badge\u2014attend any two<\/strong> and you're nearly there. Pro tip: These are also a fun way to meet people and learn about campus life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Complete a short reflection on Folio: Wrap it all up by sharing how you plan to get involved this year. It's quick, thoughtful and completes your CCR-validation journey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
