For those of you interested, U of T has its own collection of podcasts which I\u2019ve only found out recently. In particular, I listened to an international students' voice in an episode about international perspectives. And the one common life goal for students from Asia and South America was making it to North America and achieving another step closer to the 'North American dream'. Hearing that impact, as such a crucial focal point for so many of my peers, I'm enjoying learning more about other perspectives and stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>What\u2019s Next?<\/em>, with Vivek Goel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Vivek Goel, a professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health and a renowned public health expert and founding head of Public Health Ontario, offers listeners timely and reliable information about the COVID-19 pandemic in&nbsp;<em>What\u2019s Next<\/em>?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>I remember seeing <em>What's Next?<\/em> occasionally on the website when it first began I think over a year ago and I quite enjoyed listening to the short extracts of news - they are only a few minutes in length. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PDx29s7SyTo&amp;list=PLlW-cysxDXK4Y2prQIbdNuM_sZhyvkYgJ&amp;index=1\" target=\"_blank\">Here's an episode<\/a> from the series on YouTube: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"COVID-19: What&#039;s Next with Vivek Goel\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/videoseries?list=PLlW-cysxDXK4Y2prQIbdNuM_sZhyvkYgJ\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>View to the U,<\/em> with Carla DeMarco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>U of T Mississauga faculty members from a range of disciplines illuminate some of the inner workings of the science labs and enlighten the social sciences and humanities hubs in interviews with Carla DeMarco of the UTM Research Office.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are looking for a more creative or scientific discussion, take a listen to the <em>View to the U<\/em>, with Carla DeMarco and you can find the podcast below. The most recent is '<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.utm.utoronto.ca\/vp-research\/research-campus\/view-u-eye-utm-research\/view-u\" target=\"_blank\">Season 6: Adventures in Research<\/a>'.
