2️⃣ Let's Get #ExamReadyUofT YouTube Live
Learn healthy habits, study tips, and how to manage stress so you can stay well and stay motivated before, during and after exams — Tuesday, March 18, 12:30-1pm (online).
3️⃣ Exam Prep Workshops
Learning How to Learn workshops help you prepare for short answer, essay and multiple choice questions — Nov. 18-Dec. 2 (online).
4️⃣ Health & Wellness Peer Support
Need someone to hear you out, support you, share resources? Health & Wellness Peer Supporters are HERE FOR YOU — weekly from Monday-Friday, 11am-4pm (on-campus or online).
5️⃣ Paws and De-Stress with Therapy Dogs
Connect with peaceful pups on the 2nd floor of Robarts Library. Drop by early, puppy time is limited — Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2-3:15pm (Robarts Library, 2nd Floor, South Portico). No registration needed!
6️⃣ Managing Exam & Test Stress
Gain strategies for managing test anxiety, negative thoughts and physical well-being — Wednesday, Nov. 19, 3-4pm (online).
7️⃣ Night Against Procrastination
Stay up late to get things done, de-stress and connect with others! Events include: Self-Care for Busy Students, Virtual Study Hubs, Planning Your Projects, and more — Thursday, Nov. 20, 5pm-late (Robarts Library/online).
8️⃣ Chat Online with a CLSS Peer Mentor
Connect with a mentor who understands your academic journey — virtual appointments are available regularly throughout the week.
9️⃣ Study Hubs
Quiet, welcoming virtual spaces allow you to complete readings, work on assignments and prepare for tests and exams — daily until Dec. 20.
