Since the Family Care Office is currently working remotely, no physical materials from the FCO Library can be checked out at this time. However, many of the 500+ titles in the FCO Library \u2013 including several recent releases \u2013 can be accessed for free in audiobook and eBook format through Ontario\u2019s public libraries and U of T Libraries. These materials are noted in the FCO\u2019s BookList<\/a>, and the book’s title hyperlinks to its listing in the Toronto Public Library\u2019s OverDrive catalogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many other libraries in Canada also use OverDrive (or an equivalent), so if you aren\u2019t currently in Toronto, you can likely still access digital materials through your local library\u2019s website with a library card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below, you can find instructions on how to borrow e-resources and obtain a library card. If you\u2019re currently unable to visit a branch in person, most libraries also have the option of registering for an Instant Digital Card<\/a> that provides access to digital materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to get a library card<\/p>\n\n\n\n
