The book presents information in an easy to follow question and answer format, allowing parents to find the answers they need quickly. The guide outlines the most up-to-date nutritional recommendations for babies and toddlers of different ages and offers advice on the process of starting solids. In addition to this, the guide also covers common medical concerns related to feeding such as allergic reactions and gastroesophageal reflux.
