Now that we are all addicted to high sugar and high carb foods from celebrations over the Holidays, it’s probably time to start to consider getting back on track. Personally, I am at the point were I think adding a sugary dessert component to every meal is okay, I’m sure my doctor would say otherwise. With that in mind, Today’s Parent has come up with an excellent healthy meal plan for every day of the week.
