Happy Monday! \u00a0It’s the first day of classes for most students in our St. George community, so let me begin by wishing you an incredible start to the new school year. \u00a0Amidst the whirlwind of activity going on around campus this week, I hope you can take a few moments to breathe that crisp fall air and appreciate the beautiful campus that surrounds you!<\/p>\n

I’m excited to let you know that our student leadership team is now established and you’ll have a chance to meet them later this week as they introduce themselves on the blog. \u00a0I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but I can say that we have a fantastic team of students to lead our Hub.<\/p>\n

Friday was the deadline for expressions of interest for students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members who are interested in joining the Innovation Hub teams. \u00a0We are overwhelmed by the positive response from the community!\u00a0 Reading the responses, we know that we are going to have some incredible teams! \u00a0We will be meeting with everyone over the next few weeks and will have announcements by the end of the month about the staff\/faculty leaders and the domain and operational teams.<\/p>\n
