THE SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE

What it is

Once you’ve been shortlisted, the screening questionnaire is intended to help us learn more about you, confirm many of the logistical details of the role with you, and give you the opportunity to tell us more about you and your qualifications for the role. We estimate the survey will take you about 30 minutes to complete. 

What we’re looking for

We urge you to use your authentic voice when completing the form and avoid the use of generative AI in formulating your answers. People are so important to the Innovation Hub and we want to get to know you and read your unique voice in your responses.

Tips for success

  • Have your U of T email, UTORid, and student # ready.
  • Think ahead with your school and personal schedule for the year in mind.
  • Think about how your strengths fit into the role you are applying for.
  • People want to work with other people, and using generative AI in these responses can negatively affect your application; use your personal writing style to better describe your fit for the role.
