In partnership with the School of the Environment (the School) at the Faculty of Arts & Science, the Innovation Hub’s design research team seeks to learn how equity, diversity, inclusion, and access (EDIA) is embedded in the School’s curriculum, programming, communications, hiring, events, spaces, processes, and culture, and to understand where gaps exist. The goal of this project is to gain meaningful student perspectives to identify tangible ideas for steps to take to better champion EDIA at the School, focusing on supporting enhanced student experiences.
