This past year, Student Life IT worked with Central ITS to enhance the technological infrastructure at Accessibility Services located at 455 Spadina Avenue. The focus was on upgrading the peer-to-peer wireless backbone connection and reconfiguring the network wiring closet in preparation for the installation of the U of T WiFi network. This initiative is integral to the seamless operation of Accessibility Services, ensuring improved and stable internet access for both staff and students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Recognizing the challenges posed by the original network at 455 Spadina, located outside the U of T campus, the organization prioritized this upgrade to mitigate historical service disruptions.
